AZCARB M polycarbonate sheet is virtually unbreakable, improving safety and eliminating the hazards of broken glass. AZ Polymers extrudes the highest optical quality polycarbonate substrate from 100% virgin Lexan resin on world-class extrusion equipment encapsulated in ISO 8 clean rooms with in-line optical scanning & sorted capabilities. This provides the clearest mirror images with outstanding strength and impact resistance. The product is lightweight (half the weight of mirrored glass), and a durable coating protects the mirrored second surface, making it easy to fabricate, handle, and install without scratching. It is ideal for high-traffic applications and abusive environments such as jails, detention centers, gyms, hospitals, amusement parks, airplanes, boats, and casinos.
