AZCARB RENEW is the first truly closed loop sustainable extruded polycarbonate sheet. AZCARB RENEW is domestically manufactured in Gurnee, IL utilizing the newest state-of-the-art extrusion technology in an ISO 8 certified clean room environment. Our inline downstream optical scanning ensures the highest quality. Each production lot of AZCARB RENEW is tested to meet or exceed general purpose polycarbonate sheet for impact and optical characteristics. Ideal applications include screen printed vending fronts, machine guards, thermoformed parts, POP displays in high traffic areas, signage and many others. AZ Polymers along with our sister company United Plastics, has the unique capability and the proprietary processes to efficiently coordinate the reclaiming of post-consumer and industrial polycarbonate feedstock, sort, identify and document the appropriate stream, de-mask, granulate, clean/dedust and certify for reprocessing into AZCARB RENEW Polycarbonate Sheet.
